I love to cook and entertain, but with a full time job and two small children, it's not always easy to find the time.  My goal here is to share recipes that are tried and true, that can hopefully help you reach your fitness goals and enjoy good yummy food.  By the way, I love to eat! 

Almost all my recipes will be low carb, because that's my lifestyle.  Some may not be as low as others, but will definitely be clean and healthy.  So enjoy and let me know what you think.
