The biggest challenge is balancing marriage, kids, working full time, working out, food and life in general. It's not easy, yet somehow I've figure out how to make it work.
Almost two years ago the economy forced my husband to close his women's shoe business (Sacco Shoes for the NYers who might read this) after 32 years of business. Talk about stress! All of a sudden I was the sole provider in my family. I decided to deal with the stress by buying P90X and making a positive goal in my life. I don't recall what my weight was at the time, and I didn't take before pictures, but I was at least 30 pounds heavier than I today. I was so motivated by the progress I had with P90X, and the way it afforded me a really intense workout, at home (who has time for the gym when you work full time and have two small children?), that I decided to sign up to be a coach. I am committed to helping others reach their weight and fitness goals.
